These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fennly Co online store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Fennly Co, a trade name of Blue Ridge Benefits Group LLC ("Fennly Co," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Products and pricing

We try to describe and display products as accurately as possible, but colors and details may vary slightly from images. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We may correct pricing or listing errors and may cancel and refund any order affected by such an error.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, limit quantities, or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud). If we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by third-party providers at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy, both of which are part of these Terms.

6. Using our products safely

Use grooming and cleaning products as directed and supervise your pet during use. Stop using a product if your pet shows signs of discomfort and consult your veterinarian with any health concerns. Our products are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's content, including the Fennly Co name, logo, text and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false or fraudulent information.

9. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in our policies or required by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
